Outside of client and fractional-CTO work, I build. A mix of open-source tools released to the community and independent products shipped to real users — all built end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.
A polished cross-platform desktop media player — a modern alternative to legacy players like Winamp. Offline-first, with a custom audio engine, playlist management, and library indexing, from a single TypeScript codebase running on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
A lightweight Kanban-style task manager for teams and individuals who want visual workflow organization without a cloud subscription. Drag-and-drop boards, smooth animations, and all data stays on the user's machine — fully offline.
A free, client-side tool that diffs two 3D models in the browser. Drop two STL/3MF/OBJ files and it voxelizes both, showing the delta — green for added material, red for removed — with an adjustable tolerance slider, volume metrics, and automatic alignment so you don't have to manually orient the meshes.
A 30-minute conversation to see whether a fractional CTO is the right shape for where you are.
